A name badge will be provided with your registration documents upon arrival at the Registration Desk.

The wearing of this badge is compulsory both inside the conference rooms and exhibition area and at all events organised within the context of the Congress.

Simultaneous interpretation will be available from English to French, Spanish & Italian during the conference. The documents distributed at the Conference will be in English.

All participants, exhibitors and visitors are reminded that a visa may be required for foreign citizens entering Belgium and that they should apply for a visa at their local Belgian consulate or embassy.

Please remember that due to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past, it is recommended that you plan your travel in advance and that you apply for your visa early.
Should you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact the Organising Secretariat at registration@aegpl2012.com who will be able to assist you with this.
No exhibition fee, registration fee and accommodation deposit refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa.
