Congress Registration fees

If you are NOT VAT registered in Belgium*, please select your registration category and corresponding amount from the table below. Fees below include 21% Belgium VAT. This category also includes companies with a Belgian VAT number but without a seat or VAT representative in Belgium.

If you ARE VAT registered in Belgium*, please select your registration category and corresponding amount from the table below. Fees below are net of VAT as per Article 51 §2 5° of Belgian VAT code.

*The mention of your VAT registration number will be required during the registration process.

 **AEGPL Member: Only one discounted registration is available per voting AEGPL member. Please check with your company’s official representative to AEGPL before registering as the beneficiary of the discount.

***Spouse registration is available to bona fida spouses of paying delegates only

****Exhibitors: representatives of exhibiting company.
Rate limited to a maximum of 4 people representing the exhibiting company on the booth.
